He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stiefvater and Lenore Stiefvater; his mother-in-law Theresa Ann; his sisters, Margaret Devaney and Lenore Santorelli; and his grandson David.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Perrone (Ronald) of Winchester, VA, Deborah Dupuis of Sterling Va and John Howell-Stiefvater (Seth) of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Monique (Joe), Michael, John, Nicole and Nathan; and his godson Dylan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
