Janice K. Butts Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2021, at the age of 88, Janice K. Butts of Sterling, Virginia, born in Fayette, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry. She is survived by: her children, Jim Butts (Zeb), David Butts (Susan), Jeff Butts (Heidi), Wade Butts, Joanne Cockerill (Will) and Kris Newcomer.
When the pandemic caused the Center to close in March 2020, it was obvious to her family that Janice was being greatly affected by the loss of the structure, routine, daily activities and the socialization that the Center provided for her.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Mac Brownell Adult Day Center, 200 E. Willie Palmer Way, Purcellville, Va. 20132.
