He is survived by: his wife Becky Smith Spurlock; his daughters, Julie and Sandra; his sons-in-law, Lars Bjork and William Vaughan; his granddaughters, Taylor, Jordan, Ainsley and Olivia; and his brother Arthur Spurlock. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
