She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Grover McWilliams and Buelah Mildred Tippett McWilliams; her husband Billy Joe Evans; and her daughter Gail Evans of Virginia. She is survived by: her children, Gloria Jean Steinebach, Robert Owen Evans and William Michael Evans; her grandsons, Michael Scott Steinebach, Kristopher Evan Steinebach, Michael Alexander Evans and Stephen Anthony Evans; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Steinebach, Gavin Steinebach, Grayson Steinebach and Lincoln Steinebach.
