She was predeceased by: her parents, Urbano Cuellar Hinojosa and Hermila Flores Hinojosa; and her siblings, Leandro Hinojosa, Hector Hinojosa, Raul Hinojosa, Sr., Dagoberto "Beto" Hinojosa, Maria Hernandez, Alicia Padilla and Carmen Pena.
She is survived by: her daughter April Dowell of Shelby; the father of her child Kenneth "Skip" Dowell of Shelby; and her brother Urbano Hinojosa, Jr. (Maria) of La Coste.
Face coverings are required and social distancing shall be practiced.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made in Millie's memory to The Guadalupanos at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
