She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Kollarik and Stephen Kollarik; and her brother David. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracey Downing and Erin Lally Reed; her grandchildren, Kathryn Downing, Austin Downing, Sophie Downing, Jacob Downing, Michael Fitzgerald Reed and Alessandra Reed; and her husband Lance Lally. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
