He is survived by: his spouse Mellissa Shifflett; his children, Cleveland Shifflett Jr., Evonda Williamson of Winchester, Howard Shifflett of Leesburg and Jacob E Shifflett of Sterling; and his siblings, Jake, Frances Shifflett of Stephens City, Willie, Carolyn Shifflett of Berryville Va, Vernette, Terry Barth of Colorado, Dennis, Tanya Shifflett of Stephen City, Blanette Owens of Herndon, VA, Jeanette, Charlie Gallup of Sterling, VA, Ronnie Shifflett of Winchester, Helen, Wayne Taylor of Finksburg, MD., Beatrice Crocker, Edith Crum, Bruce Shifflett and Paulette Shifflett. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces and nephews.
