He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emilie Helen Mullard Pugh; his children, Timothy Pugh (Karen) of Ashburn, VA, Brian Pugh (Amanda) of Reston, VA and Michele Pugh Glasco of Glen Allen, VA.; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Joshua, Jessie Pugh, Gabby and Reese Glasco.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Sterling Cemetery (45835 W Church Rd, Sterling, VA 20164).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Burgan's memory, His legacy of service, love, and dedication will be remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
