She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver "O. L." and Ruth Payne; and her sisters, Bonnie Ruth Rush and Connie Whetzel. She is survived by: her son Timothy Miller of Stephenson, VA; the father of her child Robert Miller; her grandchild Payton Oliver Miller of Stephenson, VA; her brothers, Gary Payne (Pam) of Winchester, VA and Michael Payne (Becky) of Winchester, VA; and her pet Sadie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
