She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Ritter and Frances Locke Ritter. She is survived by: her children, Vincent Barton (Jennifer) of Stephenson, Jeffrey Barton (Vicki) of Martinsburg, WV, Vicki Custer (Craig) of Stephenson and Timothy Barton (Elizabeth) of Winchester; and her sisters, Juanita R. Perrins of Glen Allen, VA and Frances R. Kershner of Delmar, DE. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
