She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Forjone (Wolf) and Rocco Forjone. She is survived by: her husband Thomas F Palmer Jr. of Stephenson; her daughters, Terri Wormuth (Andrew) and Terra Napolitano (Dan); her grandchildren, Brayden Franke, Cole, Kelsey and Cade Napolitano; her sister Melissa Forjone (Joe); and her nephews, Cory Forjone (Devon), Justin Pickard (Jade) and Aaron Smith (Danielle).
A private ceremony will be held for immediate families due to Covid-19.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be made to the American Heart Association, 25 Circle St. Suite 102, Rochester, NY 14607.
