She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Forjone and Linda Forjone; and her brother Rocco Forjone. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas F. Palmer, Jr.; her daughters, Terri Wormuth (Andrew Franke) of Weedsport, NY and Terra Napolitano (Dan) of Cato, NY; her grandchildren, Brayden Franke, Cole, Kelsey and Cade Napolitano; her sister Melissa Forjone (Joe Greene); and her nephews, Cory Forjone (Devin), Justin Pickard and Aaron Smith (Danielle). She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A private ceremony will be held for immediate family due to COVID-19.
