Stickel, Sr.; her children, Brittany Stickel of Stephenson and Michael Stickel, Jr. of Stephenson; her siblings, Dana Rickard and Charles Shifflett; and her granddaughter Bella Funkhouser.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Phelps Funeral & Cremation Service (311 Hope Dr, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
