He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Berg; his children, April McKee (Ronnie) of Inwood, WV, Jessica Corbin (Juston) of Inwood, WV and Kenneth Lewis McDonald, Jr. (Donna) of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Addison, Damian McKee, Kenneth Lewis McDonald III, Haven Malone, Draven McKee and D'Artagnan McKee; and his siblings, Theresa Smith (Alan), Mac McDonald and Jeff McDonald (Peggy).
