Carroll Carter; her husband James Lee Wright; her daughters, Amanda Lynn Shepherd-Simmons of Winchester, VA and Kimberly Renee Shepherd of Winchester, VA; her siblings, Neecie Joyce (Mike) of Clearbrook, VA, Elmer Lloyd (Mel) of Clearbrook, VA, Joe Carter (Lynn) of Cross Junction, VA and John "Stinky" Carter of Winchester, VA; her granddaughter Abigayle Louise Simmons; and her sisters, Regina Lynn Carter and Lisa Marie Carter.
