He was predeceased by: his parents, Wright Welton and Harriet Jeanette Wierer Welton; his wife Norma; and his grandson Aaron Lee Waugh. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Norma Jean Bean; his daughters, Linda Jean Welton of Oldtown, MD, Vickie Ann Grogg (Dale) of Paw Paw, WV and Diane Adair Thayer (John) of Whitaker, VA.; and his grandchildren, Timmy Waugh, Wilson and Zach Wilson. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
