He was predeceased by: his parents, George Denton Powell and Juanita Corbett Powell Peters; his wife Wanda Angel Powell; and his son Charlie Powell. He is survived by: his son William Roger Powell, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Marie Brackett of Martinsburg, WV, Barbara Fishel of Slanesville, WV, Gilbert Corbett of Salisbury, NC and Robert Powell of Paw Paw, WV; and also Jenny Fogel of Strasburg, VA. He is also survived by Three grandsons.
