He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Ann Neff; his children, Beth Ann Ramey, William Larry Ramey, Jr. (Debi) and Bradley Matthew Ramey (Sarah); his son-in-law Jerry Lemuel See; his grandchildren, Helen Ramey Reinhardt (Chris), Kayla Jo Ramey and Benjamin Allen Ramey; and his siblings, Peggy Fletcher and Maurice Ramey (Peggy).
