He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Carbaugh and Dorothy Herrell Carbaugh; and his children, Keith A. Anderson and Beth Herrell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Kelchner Anderson; his sons, Kevin Anderson (Tina) of Winchester and Darwin Anderson of Star Tannery; his grandchildren, Samantha Anderson, Eric Anderson, Justin Anderson, Jada Lyburn and Braylon Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Avery Lyburn, Rylee Lyburn and Barrett Anderson.
