She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Tobin and Virginia Armstrong Tobin; her children, Patricia Rockwell (James) of Stephens City and Clayton "Eddie" Hartley, III (Sheri) of Winchester; her grandchildren, Tiffany Rockwell, James Rockwell, Jr., Phillip Peer and Cheyanne Hartley; and her siblings, Joan Hillyard, William Tobin, Edna Tobin, Mary Johnson and Peggy Newcome. She was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
