Virginia Clem Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Clem of Stephens City, Virginia, who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Virginia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Ray Neff and Mildred Lee Snyder Neff; her husband Ralph Clem; and her sister Debbie Furley. She is survived by: her children, Ralph (Clem, Jr.) and Cathy Quinnelly (Denver) of Vinton; her granddaughters, Morgan Quinnelly (Joseph Bongiovanni) of Denton and Madelyn Quinnelly of Greenville; and her siblings, Elizabeth "Libby" Ramey of Stephens City, Elmo Ray "Sonny" Neff Jr. (Groveen) of Stephens City and John "Johnny" Neff (Marie) of South Carolina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Amherst Chapel (1600 Amherst St, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Green Hill Cemetery (1044-1066 State Rte T-631, Stephens City, VA 22655).
