Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Phelps Funeral & Cremation Service (311 Hope Dr, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (115 E Bond St, Winchester, VA 22601).
