She is survived by: her son George Edwin Ware, II; her granddaughter Natalie Ware; her siblings, Ronald Austin Smith, Jr. (Dawn), Tina L. Cloud and Angela Stover; and her friend Jimmy Raynor. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
