She is survived by: her parent Susie Neff Carver; her spouse Henkel B. Newlin; her children, Sharon A. Hartley (David) of Stephens City, VA, Steven Boyd Newlin (Debbie) of Bristol, VA and Sandra L. Perry (Gregory) of Winchester; and her brother Robert Carver of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
