Stillwell, Jr. of Stephens City; and his siblings, Joseph Stillwell of Mount Jackson, VA, Steve Stillwell of Bristow, VA, Gloria Ryland of Woodstock, VA and Sandra Stillwell of Fredericksburg, VA. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren and twelve great grand children.
