It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Vickers of Stephens City, Virginia, born in Front Royal, Virginia, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Conard and Elwanda Funkhouser Conard; her husband Roger F. Vickers; and her children, Randy Putman and Teresa Mauck.
She is survived by: her son Michael S. Vickers; her sister Janet Martin; and her grandchildren, David White, Aaron Fletcher, Nathan Vickers and Mikala Vickers. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family care of Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal to assist with funeral expenses.
