We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2020, at the age of 74, Sandra Bowen of Stephens City, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clinton Ritter and Peggy Carson Ritter; her children, Edward Bowen, III of Lawrence, KS and Mary Chiu (Jonathan) of Purcellville; her grandchildren, Samuel and Lily Chiu; her daughter Carrie Bowen of Virginia; and her brother Leslie Daniel Ritter. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sandy's name can be made to the Blue Ridge Hospice at 333 W. Cork St. Winchester, VA 22601.
