We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2022, at the age of 97, Ruth Boyer Rinker of Stephens City, Virginia, born in Woodstock, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, H. Frank Boyer and Lucy Snapp Boyer; her husband Ray D. "Free" Rinker; her sons, Randy (Jane) of Orlando, FL and Dudley (Tootie) of Stephens City, VA; and her stepson Ray D. Rinker, Jr.. She was also cherished by 3 grandchildren, 2 step-grandsons, 5 step-great-granddaughters, and 2 great-granddaughters.
