It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger William Shifflett of Stephens City, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Amos and Belva Dearmont Helmick Shifflett; and his siblings, Linda Broy and Glenn R. Shifflett. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Braghini, Paul E. Shifflett and Ray M. Shifflett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
