He is survived by: his parents, Everett Morgan Sr. and Shirley Kibler Morgan; his wife Beth Ann Henry; his son Corey Matthew Keyser of Winchester; and his siblings, Buddy Morgan (Jennifer) of Stephens City, Michael Breeden (Brandy) of Stephens City, Lenora Keyser of Winchester, Sissy (Elmo) of Winchester, Mary Clark (Rick) of Winchester and Debbie Dawson (Tommy) of South Carolina.
