He is survived by: his parents, Richard E. Metz and Joan Myrick Metz; his grandmother Margaret Metz of Stephens City; his siblings, Brian Metz of Middletown, VA and Rebekah Jackson (David) of Martinsburg, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Caleb Metz, Aaron Metz, Joshua Metz, Landon Willer, Emily Willer and Rachel Willer.
