She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Estep and Suzanne Estep; and her daughter Rachel. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Partlow; and her brother Carroll Estep (Gloria Dellinger) of Strasburg, VA. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
