He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Harris Sr. and Frances L. Harris; and his significant other Evelyn C. Harris. He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Harris, Laurie Harris of Greenville and Cindy Forse of Stephens City, Virginia; his grandchildren, Alex Rosen, LaRissa Marie Chapa, Brian Forse, Lindsay Houston and Shelby Forse; and his sisters, Gloria Housley and Carol Metcalf (George). He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
In light of the recent increase in COVID cases, the family strongly encourages the use of masks.
