He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clem and Christine Clem; his sister-in-law Cindy Clem; and his brothers, Richard "Dickey" Clem (Kaye) and Larry "Peanut" Clem.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Neff; his children, J. R. Clem and Cathy Quinnelly (Denver); his grandchildren, Morgan and Madelyn Quinnelly; his siblings, Doris Brown (Hartsell), Lorraine Orndorff (William), Lynn Clem (Doris) and Dennis Clem; and his close friend Daisy Mae. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
