The passing of Ralph Stanley Combs of Stephens City, Virginia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 20, 2024 at the age of 86. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Combs and Ethel Viola Sisler Combs; his wife Norma Lee Hickey Combs; his granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Armstrong; and his siblings, Lester, Delbert, Wallace Combs, Lovene Newlin, Marjory Eaton, Winnie Miller, Grace Hoover and Lorene Russell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa "Terri" Lee Combs Armstrong (Bill) of Lititz, PA, Brenda Dee Del Nero (Vincent) of Apex, NC, Temple Stanley Combs Rudiger (Beau) of Stephens City and Sonja Ree Combs of Stephens City; his grandchildren, Scott Leake, Trevor Wilson (Paige), Megan Leake (Colin Benner), Nick Armstrong, Saleena Wilson (Andrew Sharpe), Spencer Wilson (Julianna) and Seth Brallier; and his siblings, Vernon G. Combs (Catherine) of Winchester, Helen Baylis of Winchester and Opal MacMillan of Stephens City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Millwood Station Volunteer Fire & Rescue Co. 21, Inc., 250 Costello Dr., Winchester, VA 22602.
