She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Strother and Benjamin Franklin Strother; her husband Robert Milton Dailey; and her siblings, Frances Strother, Madeline Dunkleberger, Louise Smellie, Mary Bruce Whetsel, Benny Strother and Franklin Strother.
She is survived by: her children, Princess Sawyer (Keith) of Aylett, VA and Sidney Dailey of Stephens City, VA; and her grandchildren, Cassandra Burleson (David) of Winchester, Clarissa Barnes, Melanie Truscio of Minneapolis, MN and Timothy Dailey (Jenna) of Salisbury, MD. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
