She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Egan and Denise Egan; her close friend David Duane Hlavinka; her husband Dave; her daughters, Sarah Hlavinka Lewis (Corey) of Broadway, VA and Denise Carol Hlavinka (Chris West) of Nashville, TN; her granddaughter Madeline June Lewis; and her sisters, Carol Shutt, Cathy L'Abbe (Mark), Mary Howard (Steve), Beth Potts (Craig) and Anne Barlow (Tim). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patty's memory to The Lustgarten Foundation — a non-profit organization empowering the fight against pancreatic cancer.
