She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Higley and Norene Casto Higley; her children, Dawn Polston (Jerome) of Stephens City and Daniel Wagner (Amber) of Erie, PA; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Michael, Desiree, William, Jaylin, Jordan, Jaiden, Anastazia, Alisha, Danielle, Nathon and Bela; her sisters, Sue Flynn and Sally Shreave; her niece Jenny Agnello (Jody); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Desiree, Devyn and Danielle. She was also cherished by many great-grandchildren.
