Ishmael of Stephens City, Virginia, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard B. Clowes and Helen Garner Clowes; and her brother Richard L. Clowes. She is survived by: her husband Theodore William Ishmael; her daughters, Mary Willeford Bair (Geoff White) of Syria, VA and Ruth Anne Shelley (Joe) of Capon Bridge, WV; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn Poe, Joshua Shelley and Jeremiah Shelley; and her great grandchildren, Seth Christian Marte and Isabella Shelley.
