He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Dougherty (James) of Winchester, VA, Theresa Parker of Florida and Daphne Andrews of Florida; his grandchildren, Anthony Helsley, Mikayla Helsley, Rylee Dougherty, Saphairah Arsenault, Thomas Bay, Justine Bay, Victoria Andrews and Valerie Parker; and his great grandchildren, Madison Bay, Melody Hurt and Keegan Hurt.
