He is survived by: his wife Dottie Hummer Foltz; his children, Teresa Edmiston of Gore, VA and Jamie Foltz of Winchester, VA; and his siblings, Hazel Fincham of Foley, AL, Barbara Brannon, Doris Asbury of Berryville, VA and Denis Foltz of Berryville, VA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
