It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Wesley Carper of Stephens City, Virginia, who passed away on July 26, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Wesley and Aleatha Yates Carper of Stephens City; his grandmother Vertie Yates; his wife Jo Anne McIlwee Carper; his sons, Darren Wesley Carper (Danett) and David Marshall Carper (Nikki); his grandchildren, Declan, Daleigh, Victoria and Willa; and his pet Dexter.
