Lorretta was predeceased by: parents, Albert Devers and Iola Virginia Javins Devers; and son Albert Mitchell. Lorretta is survived by: husband Arthur S. "Hop" Mitchell, Sr.; children, Artie Mitchell (Juanita) of Front Royal and Janice Mitchell of Mt. Jackson; and siblings, David Devers of Harrisonburg, Linda Compton of Front Royal and Brenda Wiscouski of Warrenton. Lorretta is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces; and nephews.
