We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2023, at the age of 55, Laura Kristen (Ottinger) Abell of Stephens City, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles, Mary Locke, Jack and Mae Ottinger; and her uncles, Charles Locke, Jr. and Billy F. Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Lee Abell; her parents, A. J., Jr. Ottinger and Carol Locke Ottinger of Maryville, TN; her brother A. J. Ottinger, III (Jennie) of Maryville, TN; her uncle Jim Locke (Jan) of Rockwood, TN; her aunt Linda Ottinger Smith of Maryville, TN; her niece Sarah Ottinger (Tyler Smith) of Knoxville, TN; and her nephew Andy Ottinger of Townsend, TN. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
