He was predeceased by: his parent Howard P. Sirbaugh. He is survived by: his parent Mattie V. Sirbaugh; his spouse Nellie S. Sirbaugh; his daughters, Brenda L. Welch and Donna G. Grove; his grandsons, Jeremy H. Welch of Stephens City, VA and Dustin C. Welch of Stephens City, VA; and his siblings, Betty Pingley, Mae Frances Poulson (Tuggy), Ethel Herring, Conard Sirbaugh and Eldridge Sirbaugh.
