She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Jacob Ernst and Vivian Edith Hall Boam; and her son Mark Brostek. She is survived by: her son Michael Brostek (Patricia) of Strasburg, VA. She is also survived by six grand children; sixteen great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
