He was predeceased by: his parents, John Juliano and Maria Juliano. He is survived by: his wife Jacki R. Wietzke; his sons, Scott M. Rogers (Diane) of Cincinnati, OH and Sean R. Rogers (Kellin) of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Trysten Rogers, Aly Rogers and Liam Rogers.
