He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Beamer Gallahan; and his daughters, Cindy Lee Stevens of Ranson, WV and Carol Ann Russell of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by five brothers; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
