She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer C. Hensell and Hazel Conner Hensell; and her siblings, Vernon Wesley Hensell, Charlotte M. Hall and Helen Hensell.
She is survived by: her spouse Archibald D. "Benny" Price, Jr.; her son Gregory D. Price (Jeanne) of Stephens City; her granddaughters, Catherine "Kate" Anne Price and Elizabeth "Betsy" Meghan Price; her brother Winston David Hensell, Sr. (Nancy) of Middletown, VA; and her siblings-in-law, Millie S. Hensell of Middletown, VA and Lynwood L. Hall of Bentonville, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
