He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ruffner Wasson of Stephens City, VA; his children, Whitney Blake Fraley of Martinsburg, WV, Taylor Joseph Wasson (Sara) of Martinsburg, WV and Leslie Erin Church of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Dominic Fraley, Adelyn Wasson, Olivia Clark and Cash Clark; his sister Deborah Walker (Daniel) of Martinsburg, WV; his stepmother Phyllis Skelly Wasson of Martinsburg, WV; his mother-in-law Lura Joyce Ruffner; his niece Emily Brooke Walker; and his brother-in-law John Adam Ruffner.
